Maskwacis Cultural College Scholarship ProgramMaskwachees Cultural College was established in 1974 as a Cultural Centre by the Cultural/Educational Centres Program of Indian Affairs Canada. t was formally created by the Four Bands of Hobbema, and it focused more on maintaining the historical record of Plains Cree culture and history. Maskwachees also became a support centre for the Cree Language development and teaching in the community. |
